You are a costume expert in Rainbow Girls Halloween Salon, and your goal is to choose outstanding costumes for the girls to wear to the next Halloween party. You begin the game by applying cosmetics to each of the four females. During this phase, you may choose any color you like for their lipstick, blush, eyeshadow, and contact lenses. In addition, you can select face painting to apply to each of their faces. The next step is the makeup application, during which you choose the dress that appeals to you the most and finish off the appearance by adding a hairdo, a mask or spectacles, earrings, necklaces, etc., all of which are creepy and relevant to the subject.
